As the main talent and back bone of the organization, Gary has the innate ability to create visions of astounding beauty and bring those visions into reality.
Matt Cartwright
Being involved in the family business since he was 14 years old, Matt has learned from a very young age how to develop a landscape from the bottom up. Being very charismatic and well respected by all in the company, Matt efficiently meets many deadlines and gets things done correctly the first time. Creative and passionate in nature, Matt has the ability of his father to conceptualize inspirational beauty in any type of environment. He has the acquired knowledge, work ethic, and expertise to handle any project, large or small.
Alex Cartwright
Educated in New York and having traveled the world, Alex brings great diversity and insight to the company. From the Bamboo Gardens of Japan, to the Cactus elements of the Gobi, he has learned very strange and efficient watering methods used by other cultures for centuries, but long forgotten by western practices. Having spent significant time in Australia, Alex became extremely familiar with problems of Salinity and Water Scarcity and how these problems are increasing the world over. It was in Australia that Alex was educated on water conservation and ways to combat against boron and salinity in our soils.
